Domestic Shipping

We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. Standard delivery will take 5-7 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Most packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS based on best rates to your delivery address.

How to Return  

We guarantee you 100% satisfaction.  We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you. If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns on most items.  Please see below if your item (s) are eligible for return.  If you have questions about your return, email us at hello@partygeenius.com

  • Please return within 14 days of delivery along with a copy of your receipt.  
  • Items are unused and non-personalized.  
  • Products must be in original packaging.
  • No returns on clearance items.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • PartyGeenius reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resalable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

In the case that your item(s) is damaged or missing during the shipping process, please contact us immediately at hello@partygeenius.com. Once we receive information regarding a damaged item, it can be reviewed and processed for a refund.

If your package is missing, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages but will do all that we can do to investigate the matter.  Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and up to date and use the tracking number provided to plan for arrival accordingly.

  • Once a balloon order has left our premises, no refunds will be provided.
  • This policy includes, but is not limited to, balloons that fly away, are damaged, or are lost after leaving our premises.
